In moving forward into the year (it is already the 7th) and the rapid movement of time I will be posting once again a merry Christmas and Happy New Year soon enough. A truth in our lives - the older we get the more time flies. If we aren't careful 2015 will hit us upside the head. Enough of that. . .

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Give no offense to Jews or to Greeks or to the church of God, just as I try to please everyone in everything I do, not seeking my own advantage, but that of many, that they may be saved. (1 Corinthians 10:31-33, ESV)

Zero in on the WHATEVER and ALL for the GLORY of GOD. We sometimes get stuck on the physical things in life and focus in on what WE are about day to day. What WE think is important. What WE want. When I focus in on the Glory of God and what I am responsible for. . . the whatever and all, I can let go of some of the things I hold to tightly to. Sometimes the WE creates tension with others because the "what I want" conflicts with another person's "what I want."

The scripture leading up to 1 Cor 10:31-33 is interesting to say the least and I challenge those that have a little bit of time to read from verse 23.

God Bless
